Prior to coming to your home, I will have a "list price" range in mind, based on the local comps. Once I arrive, I'll ask you to give me a tour of your home and tell me about the upgrades/features and the items that need repairs.
After we have toured the home, we will sit down and discuss your reason for moving, what your expectations are when selling your home, the price you need to net at closing, what you can and cannot do to prepare your home to list, and what I can do for you to make the task less stressful.
I have helped many sellers prepare to sell their homes. I have helped pack, clean, paint, hire vendors, be a chaeuffer ... you name it, I've done it. I really do go that extra mile for my clients!
Many of my listings have sold at list price with multiple offers. When I price your home, I price it to sell at top dollar!
