My home needed updating and I expected results, but I never imagined what she was able to accomplish. After I moved out of my home, she took on the task of clearing out everything and then worked with her contractors to get it ready to sell, all within a budget I could afford. The upgrades she suggested, and the work performed allowed me to get a significantly higher price than had I just sold the home as it was. Shellie went above and beyond to make this a stress-free process for me. I am extremely happy with her services and would recommend her to anyone.

I cannot begin to explain how wonderful and helpful Shellie was to us during our purchasing experience. Trying to buy a house out of state (we’re moving to Florida from California) is difficult enough as is, but in a competitive market like this, we thought it would be impossible. Shellie made it so easy!!! I don’t even know how many homes she showed us via videoconference/Skype calls, but it was a lot. Not once did we ever feel like Shellie was trying to talk us into a house- in fact, there were a few occasions where she flat out told us “this is not the right house for you” - even when we were showing interest. When we finally did find our house, Shellie worked her magic with the seller’s agent, and got them to accept our offer, even though there were several other very competitive offers. Shellie is has a lot of very valuable knowledge about the local market, and always seemed to know the answers to our questions, or at least would do the research/legwork and quickly find out for us. After our purchase, before we moved in, Shellie helped oversee some construction/repairs we had done, got our wireless network/CCTV up and running, and even cleaned out a disgusting refrigerator that the previous owners (and their cleaning staff) had neglected to clean!!! She really goes above and beyond to take care of her clients, and I cannot recommend her enough. We have some more family who are moving to the area as well, and they will DEFINITELY be using Shellie. We cannot recommend her enough!!! A+++ 100/100
